Abilene Woes
Well I'm officially in Abilene and already things haven't gone super smooth. I had bought a house earlier this year and due to some unforseen financial issues I found out yesterday I'm gonna have to sell it and rent instead. On my way to Abilene I was just so lost for what to do when I found out I just pulled over on the side of the road and gave it over to God and asked for peace and sure enough it is beginning to all come together. We have a lot to do now to pack and move to another place by Monday and then try and sell the house. Please pray that this all works out. We will still have 3 bedrooms so some of you all need to come to Abilene and see me!!!

Summer Times
Well it is officially hot as hades outside and I'm not at all used to that. At beautiful Camp Blue Haven this summer it was about 75 or 80 degrees on the hot days nice cool and rainy and just wonderful weather. It was such an amazing blessing to be there this summer. There were many parts of the summer that were extremely hard to handle especially with Neal's journey on this earth ending but it was so cool to be at a place where people support you and care what you are going through and not what the next journal entry to post is!!!! If any of you got to attend Neal's service you know what an amazing outreach that amazing young man still had even though he wasn't physically here with us I think everybody felt his presense that day that was in that church building. Some of the emails I have received have just been unbelievable. The other big happening of the summer is I'm now a proud aunt. I'll have to upload some pictures on here if I ever figure out how to do that but all need to see Karlee Kay; she is a beautiful baby. (maybe I'm just a little biased) My final act of sheer fun this summer was to go white water rafting in Colorado down the Royal Gorge. It was just awesome so beautiful, but I can tell you from experience the Arkansas River in a class 3 rapid is better in the boat than beating up on the rocks. Now I wouldn't know that from experience or anything like that except that I still have the bruieses over a week and a half later from falling out of the boat!!! I wouldn't do it any other way though. Well I'm off to pack for Abilene where the fun ends I guess and studying begins but at least it doesn't involve the word accounting!!!
